³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø is one of the founding members of the Leading for Change Higher Education Diversity Consortium which comprises Bridgewater State University, Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, University of Massachusetts Amherst, and Emerson College.

This Consortium is a partnership of higher education institutions in New England that are committed to identifying diversity best practices through the transparent use of data, benchmarks, and reflective practice. Bristol developed a Leading for Change Diversity Team of faculty and staff that has met regularly since 2014 to establish initiatives to assist and support the College’s underrepresented students and employees.
